WARRANTY INFORMATION:
Manufacturer warrants every part of this toolbox to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for ninety days.
Powder-coated products cannot be warranted against rust. If you get scrapes or scratches, touch them up with a rust protective paint (such as Rustoleum).
All warranties have legal limitations. Please read the paperwork that accompanies your toolbox, or call us with questions.
RETURN POLICY:
If the shipping carton arrives damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT IT. Refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
If defective OR you receive the wrong product:
Save the box and ALL PACKING MATERIAL
Contact us within 7 days
Do NOT return the product until we send you a return authorization form and a return shipping address
Ship to us in the original box with all packing, parts & instructions
If it is received in good, re-saleable condition when we get it back, we?ll promptly send you a refund
If the problem is NOT a manufacturing defect or a wrong shipment, there is a 0 re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your refund
If the problem is not a manufacturing defect, you will need to pay for the return shipping
