We are pleased to offer this original 1940’s fine porcelain figurine of a peasant girl or young lady at the well fountain by Royal Dux, Czechoslovakia. She is hand-painted in creamy colors with beautiful shades of blues. Exquisite piece with fine details of facial features, clothing, hands, feet, water stream and period water vessels. Exceptional quality porcelain figure as expected from Royal Dux. Measures approximately 23 ½” tall by 10” wide. Underside is hallmarked; Royal Dux Bohemia along with the raised pink clay triangle impressed with the letter D inside of triangle.
