You have found the missing pieces to your china pattern! Here is a small teapot from Meissen in the Full Green Vine pattern with no trim. 4 1/4" tall plus lid by 4 1/2 across plus handle and spout, it's in good pre-owned condition. There is a small chip on upper rim and hairline crack and discoloration to spout (see photos). Please see our Not Just China Store for more of this pattern.
