    Description

This is a great piece of history! Great propaganda--obverse shows Frenchman chewing on a bone, starving.  Line French liberty.  Implication, French freedom equals starvation and want.  Reverse: Peace and Plenty with tied up wheat.  This imagery used during the French Revolution.
