    ANTIQUE 3" MEISSEN CUP GOLD COBALT BLUE, HANDLE ATTACHED WITH METAL. Condition is "Used". Small chip in the pink area, pictured.  Very good condition for age. From an estate. Crossed swords mark, I believe is the from 1815 Mark. Also marked  B 117.
