Antique 18thC Meissen Porcelain Fruit Scene Cup & Saucer Porzellan Tasse Scenic

For sale is
a cup and saucer made by Meissen in the late 18th century or early 19th century . The set is hand painted with arrangements of flowers, fruit, veggies and mushrooms . Something a bit different from the normal flower decorations! The set is in great condition with the gilding worn a bit on the edges. There is the tiniest of nibbles to the saucer edge but needs to be felt rather than seen to find it. Both are marked with the under glaze blue crossed swords mark with the star of the Marcolini period. The cup is 2.375 inches tall and 2.375 inches in diameter. The saucer is 1 inch tall and 5.25 inches in diameter. German Germany Markolini
