A very rare Royal Dux porcelain figurine of Mahatma Gandhi.
Exquisitely hand painted. Has the genuine Royal Dux   marking on the bottom other markings on bottom are 1/60 , 3245,  This Figurine is extremely Rare and  hard to find. This one is in MINT condition and was bought from a Doctors estate  in Northern Michigan . This it truly a spectacular piece no Chips, Repairs, Blemishes of any kind on this piece please see pics  measures approx 10 inches tall and is 8 inches from his Knee to Knee.

1961, Bohemia Mahatma Gandhi. Very rare porcelain figurine, Royal Dux Bohemia. 1961. Exquisitely hand painted. Marked ‘Royal Dux Bohemia’ and serial-numbered on the base. This beautiful figurine is extremely rare and hard to find. In perfect condition. It’s a really spectacular piece. There are no flaws, repairs or defects of any type on this porcelain. Royal Dux is a porcelain company that manufactures figurines and ceramics in neoclassical and art nouveau styles. Some of their most popular pieces include the Bohemia centrepiece. A member of the Czech Porcelain Group, it has produced its brand of figural and decorative porcelain works since 1853. Expert Eduard Eichler started the company in Duchov, Bohemia in 1860 and ran it until his death in 1887, recreating historical designs such as this legendary sculpture of Mahatma Gandhi. At the start of the 20th century, the company enjoyed remarkable success thanks to the works of designer Alois Hampel.
